Managing demand and supply
In a typical year, EJOT UKs logistics team have been known to despatch around 20 million Colorfast products. Single orders can range from as few as ten fasteners and be as many as several hundred thousand - which means demand must be managed. A dedicated Customer Service team works tirelessly to monitor stock and supply – keeping both customer and EJOT’s area sales managers informed of availability and progress, often before an order is even placed.EJOT UK has a team of regional sales manager’s, in addition to a handful of key distribution partners in the frontline of customer liaison. The level of support and value they bring to a project can never be over-stated or under-estimated. It’s the team’s job to be on site with customers as much as it is to visit their offices - and to advise accordingly. They are an interface between designer, specifier, customer, and engineer one side of the fence - and in constant communication with EJOT UKs technical services team and internal sales team, on the other. Above all, their role is to be an extension of the customer’s own business.
