Technical Services Team Leader

Stephen Holl
From Leeds, Stephen is the technical team leader at EJOT UK. His career with the company spans more than 23 years, giving him extensive knowledge about our products and how they are used in application.

Stephen’s role has been primarily construction focused but he also supports in the testing of our industrial products. His input to our best practice materials is significant, utilising knowledge that he delivers inhouse as cross-departmental training, as well as to customers and OEM partnerships. Technical Manager for Industrial Light Weight Construction

Jon Knaggs BEng (Hons), MIMMM
From Wakefield, Jon joined the EJOT UK technical team in 2016. His personal library of knowledge and qualifications are endorsed by a first-class honours degree in material science and engineering. No surprise then, that he specialises in metallurgy and corrosion prevention in relation to modern fastener engineering.

When not in the Applitec laboratory, Jon supports customers and internal stakeholders with technical research and enquiries. Jon is a member of the institute of materials, minerals and mining.

Technical Advisor

Dylan Roe
Dylan, who lives in Scunthorpe joined EJOT UK in 2018 having gained engineering and construction-specific qualifications. Since then, his product and application knowledge has been developed objectively, driving his ability to provide first-rate advice to customers for a range of technical applications and often, unique challenges. 

His enthusiasm for product design and prototyping has grown substantially, with skillsets that follow the process from conceptual CAD through to 3D printing and testing. Learn more about Dylan's role.

Quality Assurance Manager

Fiona Morley MSc, MCMI CMgr
Originally from Cheshire, Fiona now lives in Selby. She joined the team in 2013 gaining experience in customer supporting roles for both construction and industrial teams. She has since gained a Masters Degree in Technology Management which she has used to support the continued development of the quality management processes at EJOT UK.

Her role maintaining and developing quality management systems dovetails with technical services, encouraging a ‘quality control / assurance’ culture throughout the business. Fiona is a member of the chartered management institute. Learn more about Fiona's role.

Technical Business Development Manager

Brian Mack MIoR
Brian, who lives in West Yorkshire, joined EJOT in February 2003 and has over 40 years’ experience within the industry. Joining as a technical advisor, and later technical manager, he progressed to his current position in 2015.

Brian’s role focuses keenly on current legislation, best practice and compliance. In addition to being part of the MCRMA management team, he sits on technical committees with the NFRC, SPRA and INCA as well as a British Standards working group.

Site Technician

James Uttley
James joined EJOT in April 2017. In addition to a diverse and interesting CV, his family have strong ties with many areas of the construction industry. His role as service technician provides customers on-site technical support and testing – which could be anywhere in the UK.

James lives in York and is currently developing skills and knowledge within the LIEBIG anchoring range, working alongside the external sales team and our Applitec technicians.
