Load transfer directly into the substructure
The EJOT Solar Fastener set with sealing washer and ORKAN storm washer is the first ETA-certified stainless steel fastening element for fixing photovoltaic installations to trapezoidal profiles and sandwich panel roofs. For applications on corrugated fibre cement sheets, we recommend the set with an FDZ fibre cement seal. The main benefit is that all tensile and compressive forces are transferred directly into the substructure.The bottom part of the fastener with drill point is fixed directly into the substructure in a single operation without any pre-drilling. The top part has a welded-on set screw to hold the mounting rails for the solar installation. The range is supplemented by an assortment of sealing elements and adapters.

JT3 SB 3 8.0xL
A bi-metallic self-drilling fastener for steel substructure applications. The head and main threaded section are made of A2 stainless steel with a hardened carbon steel drill point and lead-in threads.
